Brand Communication – One Chance to Make A First Impression

brand communication

In Brand communication, as in life you get one chance to make a first impression. Reminder to businesses of all sizes – best price does not necessarily = best offer (At least it’s spelled correctly).

  1. I agree, this sign is definitely a great reminder to small businesses that best price isn’t always the ‘best offer’. I think there is a balance between both these offerings, best price/best offer. The real challenge for businesses is, how to find that balance?

  2. Tim,
Brand communication of best offer is usually about best value – which includes the quality of the product – in this case the quality of the sign writing. What I love about this piece of sign artistry is you can’t even read his own phone number – not a sparkling example of brand design.

  3. You may be right Domma – but the authenticity of the pic suggests to me that it’s a poor quality signage manufacturer attempting a marketing strategy that is not supported by what his brand can actually deliver. A great reminder that brand communications need to truly reflect the offer.
