Caine's Arcade Brand Storytelling

We all know how powerful social media can be and this latest story to come out of LA shows just how powerful it can be when one individual decides to take on a cause.  Caine’s Arcade tells the heartwarming story of a boy named Caine in East LA who made a DIY arcade using cardboard boxes from his father’s auto parts store.

Discovered by an encouraging filmmaker named Nirvan Mullick, Caine has what he calls the “best day of his whole life” when the city rallies his efforts in a surprise tribute arcade flashmob. The video is 10 minutes long but definitely worth it.

Why this story is so good.
– Social media has been used for what I believe was is initially created for. Storytelling with a social conscious!
– Caine’s Arcade celebrates and champions small personal brands, and
A story like this touches the heart becomes something worth talking about.

If you also go to Caines’ Arcade website, you will notice that a scholarship fund has been set up to help Caine and other kids like him to go to college.  They have already raised over $170,000! A pretty powerful social media effort!
