		<description>Hi, i&#039;m a first time reader, but loved the thought and care put into this piece. For me, to build on what David said in the previous comment, it&#039;s also a great reminder that you can (and maybe should) build your professional brand around (not necessarily on top of) your personal brand. When you can leverage more of your personal strengths and minimize more of your personal weaknesses your professional brand will be that much stronger and more enduring.
