I’ve only just joined pinterest. At first I thought ‘not another social media trend’ but it’s actually a powerful and useful tool. Especially if you’re somebody who likes to collect a visual library of images you’ve discovered online. Or even just a shopping list of things you aspire to one day purchase. It’s going to be interesting to see where the trend goes and whether they can continue the free service without banner ads etc. But for now it’s a great place to save all my favourite images on the web.
