The Art and Inspiration of David Bromley
Working in the brand space with businesses, not for profits and talented individuals over the years we’ve had the chance to connect and share our lives with some wonderful and inspiring people, and none more creative and brilliant than the artist David Bromley. When working with David we spent many hours in the creative spaces where he toiled and lived, surrounded by his art, and also the art he loved and a vast and amazing collection of objects collected over his lifetime. When we re-branded ourselves as Truly Deeply in 2010 David generously offered us his truly amazing creative space ‘A Day on Earth’ above Chapel Street in Prahran as a venue for our launch party – and no space could have more accurately reflected our creative vision.
As David relocates to Byron Bay he’s decided to sell off much of his personal collection, and to hold the auction at his iconic studio on Chapel Street. The auction not only provides the chance to buy a slice of David’s incredible art and object collection – probably the best I’ve ever seen – but also the chance to wander through this truly unique creative space before it is cleared-out and sold.
This Internationally renowned space will also be available for acquisition. Once a hotel and most recently David’s studio and gallery space, expressions of interest are being sought for this 1500 Square meter treasure in one of Melbourne’s most bustling suburbs. – More details here: leonardjoel.com.au
