How much will it cost?

This is always an important conversation. We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes so we don’t take a one size fits all approach. By talking through your business and brand objectives and how much you can invest, we will recommend the right approach to get the best return on your investment.

As a guide:

• Branding projects can range in cost from $5,000 to $100,000+
• Packaging projects can range in cost from $6,000 to $35,000+
• Naming projects can range in cost from $4,500 to $12,000
• Brand Guidelines can range in cost from $4,000 to $25,000+
• Web site design can range in cost from $5,000 to $18,000+

How many choices do I get?

This is entirely up to you. Most often we present three creative concepts to provide a level of choice without creating undue confusion. However, should you want to see less or more, we’re happy to deliver, adjusting the budget to suit.

How do I know it’s right?

This is a tough question for many businesses who are experts in their field but have limited experience in the specialist field of branding. We are always happy to play a lead role in directing the discussion to identify the strongest direction for your business need. Our combined 55+ years of experience across virtually every category provides us the understanding and perspective to guide you as to which concept will have what impact, with which customers in what business and competitive context.

When we present our concepts we take the additional step of demonstrating how they will be applied to your business tools such as web site, signage, uniforms, etc. Our approach allows you to see exactly how your branding is going to look, taking the guess work out of the equation.

We also have the experience and skill-set in house to market test brand propositions, messaging, creative concepts and campaigns in order to understand what will work most effectively with your market.

What if I’m not happy?

We know that when you choose an agency you have to put your faith in us to deliver. We don’t take this responsibility lightly. Our commitment to getting you the right outcome is demonstrated through our Project Satisfaction Guarantee.
