Chemmart is the leading Pharmacy retail Group in Australia with over 130 stores. Truly Deeply worked with Chemmart over several years to transform the positioning of this retail brand.
Our project began with the definition of Chemmart’s brand and development of a new, competitive go-to-market brand proposition. A brand cuturalisation program followed driven at corporate level by the comprehensive Chemmart brand books, and at store level by a brand charter training, local area marketing and brand-based reward and recognition programs.
Stage two of the project was the design of a new brand identity for the retail group. The new brand mark and visual brand language were implemented across an active direct catalogue, point of sale and local area marketing campaigns. We also were engaged to developed design concepts for Chemmart’s label range.
The final stage of the project was the development of a new ‘Health+’ retail format for Chemmart stores. We helped develop the strategic framework for a totally different pharmacy retail customer experience. We led the design of this project from counter design, environmental branding, point of sale customer information design and exterior signage.
‘The first flagship Health+ store at Rutherglen in regional Victoria has experienced an 80% increase in sales in the first seven weeks since opening.’
