On Sunday afternoon I had the pleasure of heading to Healesville in the beautiful Yarra Valley to present a cheque to our Art with Heart 2010 beneficiary –Worawa Aboriginal College. Art with Heart is our annual art exhibition that raises money for different organisations, it started as a way for us to combine our creative talents as brand designers with our belief that we should each play a part in making the world a better place.
With a grand total of $24,213.26 raised from our Art With Heart 2009 exhibition, it gave us much pleasure in handing over a big, fat cheque to Melbourne Citymissions’s Breakfast Clubs last week.
This money will go towards providing a healthy breakfast for 60 primary school children who’d otherwise go without, three days a week for the entire school year of 2010.
