Leveraging a brand image building opportunity
When we worked with skin care clinic Duquessa to create a new ‘skin sanctuary’ brand we could tell they were destined for stardom. And recently they had a little extra time in the spotlight, making a guest appearance on Australian TV series; Offspring. In the long term game of building brand awareness and equity, their high profile appearance would have done them little harm. But their appetite to take advantage of the opportunity and being prepared to put their best brand foot forward made the difference.
Duquessa have a clear understanding of the importance of creating a branded environment as a key customer experience touch-point. This in-part made them an easy choice for Offspring’s production company as a choice of location. Having invested in the branding of staff uniforms and robes meant Duquessa were able to get full benefit from this opportunity.
