The business over the past 10 years have immersed themselves to become experts within the industries they operate to better understand client and candidate needs.
They needed a clear definition and strategy to articulate what Six Degrees brings to the area of executive recruitment in each specialisation and strategic reasoning on whether they should create individual sub-brands for the specialisation or continue with a master brand approach.
We were brought onto the project for our ability to provide clear strategic direction on the brand architecture, clarity on the differentiated brand proposition, and to deliver a striking new brand identity to help the market identify and understand the next evolution of Six Degrees.
